They act as a link between designers, construction teams, and stakeholders, overseeing design consultants and translating design concepts into final structures. Their role involves managing design information, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and facilitating efficient construction processes. They also focus on sustainability, risk management, and project completion, ensuring minimal environmental impact and adherence to project specifications.
