The Careers, Employability and Enterprise Team are here to help you, University of Suffolk students, explore, develop and shape your futures. To do this, we offer a wide variety of initiatives and activities for you to get involved with from the moment you start your degree with us, and work with a wide variety of organisations and University of Suffolk graduates. We also give you access to FutureMe and Handshake, your 24/7, online, career development hubs, from day one.

Meet the Team
Amy is Head of Careers, Employability and Enterprise responsible for the strategic direction of the team, and is a University of Suffolk graduate.
Manager in the Futures Team, Vicki leads on the team's work in delivering careers, employability, placement, and work-based learning activities.
Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Manager Amy supports students and graduates starting their own businesses, pursue freelance opportunities and explore options.
Anna is an Employability and Careers Consultant specialising in support for students from underrepresented groups, international and postgrad research students.
Employability and Careers Consultant Darrin is a QCD Level 7 qualified careers advisor, and a Registered Career Leader (RCL).
Laura is an Employability and Careers Consultant, working with the School of Health and Sports Sciences.
Employability and Careers Consultant in the School of Technology, Business and Arts, Sonia runs curriculum-based sessions, workshops, and career coaching.
Placement Consultant Alanna works in the School of Social Sciences and Humanities supporting students through placements, including Sandwich years.
Placement Consultant Cathy supports students through the placement process, including Professional Placements (Sandwich years) and curriculum-based placements.
Placement Consultant Tom has a background teaching Key Stage 2 and leadership as a SENDCo and Assistant Headteacher in schools before joining the University.
Events and Projects Officer Annabelle manages the University's Micro-Placements Scheme, as well as organising careers fairs and employer events.
Data Analyst Hayden works in the Careers, Employability and Enterprise Team, analysing all the data in regards to engagement and feedback.
Hannah joined the Enterprise and Entrepreneurship team at University of Suffolk in January 2023.
