Bursaries and Scholarships

The University of Suffolk Bursary is open to full-time and part-time University of Suffolk students starting an undergraduate degree programme in 2025-26. Successful applicants will receive a £500 bursary in each of their three years of study, subject to successful progression. Part-time students will receive £500 pro rata per year of study.

The University of Suffolk is offering an exciting £1000 award for students starting on undergraduate courses at the Ipswich Campus.

The University of Suffolk is offering up to 70 bursary awards of £3,000 for students starting on the FdA Health and Wellbeing (Nursing Associate) course in the academic year 2024-25.

All graduates of the University of Suffolk are entitled to a loyalty reduction on selected postgraduate course fees. The Alumni Postgraduate Loyalty Scheme gives a 25% reduction on course fees.

Students who live, or have lived, in local authority care could be eligible to apply for a bursary of £500 for each year of undergraduate study at the University of Suffolk.

This bursary is provided in line with our Standalone Pledge to assist eligible estranged students. You could be eligible to apply for a bursary of up to £500 for each year of study at the University of Suffolk.

The University of Suffolk is offering two undergraduate Scholarships for students who are seeking asylum in the UK, and who are not eligible to receive financial support from Student Finance England.
