Ipswich Spring Graduation

The Spring graduation ceremonies for students who studied at the Ipswich campus and at Unicaf and are due to have their awards conferred in Winter 2026, will take place in May 2026 at the University of Suffolk and The Hold in Ipswich (exact dates and times to follow).

The Spring graduation ceremonies are for students who studies at the Ipswich campus or at Unicaf and whose awards are conferred in the Winter conferral points.

For Winter conferral, students who have completed their studies and had their award agreed by an assessment board by Friday 5 December 2025 will be contacted by the Graduation Office in December/January and asked to complete the Graduation Registration form in OASIS by noon on Monday 12 January 2026.

Please ensure you complete your registration as soon as possible after receipt of your invitation email, and by the deadlines noted above.

Whether you wish to attend your ceremony or not, it is important that you complete your online Graduation Registration so that we have a correct record of your name and address. If you do not complete the graduation registration form, we will not post your certificate.

Issues with Registration

Guidance on graduation registration

For Winter conferral students, if you completed the graduation registration form, your certificate will be posted to you via tracked mail in the six weeks following conferral (Ipswich students) or sent to Unicaf Headquarters in March (Unicaf students), and Unicaf will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

We will not post certificates until you have completed the graduation registration form.

Please note that the name shown on your certificate will be your full name as held on your student record. When you complete the graduation registration form you will be asked to confirm that your name is correct or to let us know if any corrections are required. It is your responsibility to ensure that your name is correct before your award is conferred. The University will not reissue a certificate to change a name once the award has been conferred.

It is not possible for certificates to be issued before the awards have been conferred.
