Katherine West is the Head of Research at Wild Search. She has a diverse background which has spanned a variety of sectors. After graduating from the University of Hull in Estuarine and Coastal Science, her early career was pursued with the Environment Agency, where she spent 13 years monitoring, analysing and reporting against work programs for the area management team; advising on areas of concern and undertaking significant work force planning during change processes.
