Julia Yesberg

Julia Yesberg has a background in criminology and forensic psychology. She received her PhD in Forensic Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington in 2015. She has previously worked at the London Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime and, more recently, the Centre for Global City Policing at University College London where she was a Principal Investigator on an ESRC New Investigator Grant. Her ESRC-funded project explored the relationships between neighbourhood policing and collective efficacy. Her research interests include public trust and police legitimacy, police use of force, neighbourhood social processes, and offender rehabilitation and reintegration.
