This Digital Futures Seminar introduced a panel that is exploring the potential of VR systems and technologies for supporting Health, Education and Environment. Followed by a  Parallel Business support session and lunch.

The meeting included: 5 minute lightning talks from Innovation Martlesham and the University of Suffolk teams, a networking lunch and tour of the facilities.

Speakers included: Nicky Daniels (Innovation Martlesham), Sarah Richards (University of Suffolk Doctoral School), Beth Sowersby (University of Suffolk Business Development Manager) and Prof Nicholas Caldwell (Lead for Networking and Security Theme of the Digital Futures Institute, University of Suffolk).

The meeting was chaired by Prof Sara de Freitas Director of DigiTech and the Digital Futures Institute.

Topics included: business development services, collaboration projects, business development mentoring, bespoke CPD for companies, access to the DigiTech facilities, Doctoral Programme, apprenticeships, undergraduate and postgraduate programme, events, knowledge transfer networks/partnerships, access to innovation vouchers and lots more
