Steve (known to most as Kip) has extensive experience in commissioning, contract management within social work and social care, and partnership working - for example, in the dementia pathway, autism strategy, assistive technology (collaborating with European partners, BT, and Health), social prescribing, and working with the third sector, health services, and further and higher education.

He has also worked as a project manager, primarily within local government, across a wide range of areas including archives, independent living, access to psychological therapy, school buildings, and learning disabilities.

He remains an active campaigner, promoting the added value that disabled people bring to the workplace and all aspects of life.

Steve has experience and knowledge in the development of Assistive Technology and developing positive partnerships across very diverse environments and skillsets. He has a multitude of experience working with disadvantaged people and those whom society as a whole has little expectation of. He has extensive experience of IT, particularly Reporting, SharePoint, Teams etc.

Steve has worked closely with the Department of Health (upstreamed dementia pathway) and the Department for Education (community based practice).

I have worked on 2-Seas Collaboration projects including Assistive Technology and Dementia.
