Splendid at the University of Suffolk

What is Splendid?

Splendid is a fun, free, two-day university experience (non-residential) for students in Years 10, 11, 12 and 13.

Who is it for?

Splendid is for students who have a Specific Learning Difficulty or Disability (SpLD). This event will provide a real taste of what higher education can offer.

What does it involve?

Over the two days, students will take part in:

• Subject taster sessions
• Team building activities
• Social activities
• Learning about the support available at university in regard to learning disabilities

This is a great opportunity to make new friends and see what university could be like. It is completely free and looks great on an application to university.
