Tim England

Tim joined the Office for Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct (OSACC) in 2026 where he is responsible for the administration of casework relating to student appeals, complaints, academic misconduct and student discipline.

Prior to working for the University of Suffolk, Tim held positions at King's College London and UCL, contributing to the management of Student Conduct & Appeals, Visa Compliance, Student Services and Programme Administration. Tim has also worked within the field of Youth Justice, helping to lift the aspirations of young people in custody through rehabilitation and education. He has a BA in History & Southeast Asian Studies from SOAS and studies mathematics with the Open University.
