Marc Newby

For the past 10 years, Marc has worked in various compliance roles at the renewable energy company SmartestEnergy, most recently as Head of Compliance and Regulation. After obtaining several qualifications from the International Compliance Association, Marc has led teams specialising in Regulatory Reform, Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Data Protection and Policy Writing. He lives in Ipswich with his ageing cat, and plays music in his spare time.
