Lil Atkinson

Lil joined the Apprenticeship Hub in April 2022, having had a successful career in both the private and public sector, and working in education for the last 15 years.  Lil has experience of developing and implementing a full careers provision for a local secondary school, ensuring that this met the Gatsby Benchmark and supported targeted careers advice and guidance for students.  She has extensive knowledge and experience of apprenticeships and their delivery, supporting candidates from Level 2 to Level 6 across a range of sectors and qualifications with outstanding outcomes.  Lil is a qualified Assessor,  IQA and an Associate of the Society for Education and Training.  She has experience of working collaboratively with a diverse range of employers and apprentices and is looking forward to supporting both in her role as Apprenticeship Practice Educator in the School of Allied Health Sciences.
