Jim Pardoe

Jim works within the Digital & IT team as a 2nd Line Technical Engineer, providing high quality technical support to our staff and students for their digital needs, having joined the university in 2022.  

Jim's educational background includes a BSc in Computer Networks from the University of Essex. With over 20 years of experience, he has developed exceptional skills in providing excellent customer service, guidance, and support.
