Jazmin Yanez

Jazmin leads the Business Partnering Operational functions of the People & OD Directorate – including all people administration,
payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding and strategic and operational Business Partnering. With a focus on delivering a proactive,
solution focused and transformational service that supports the University's strategy, Jazmin is passionate about people and processes, and has an interest in equality, diversity and inclusion.

Prior to joining the University, Jazmin acquired substantial HR experience across book publishing and the museums & cultural sector. She enjoys the variety of hands-on operational challenges and leading strategically.
