Christopher Cumberbatch

Christopher is a practicing solicitor and guest lecturer of many years standing. His research interests are in equity and charitable trusts, while his work as a solicitor mainly involves cross border probate and tax planning, though sometimes the two things coincide, as he acts for UK charities in complex wills and probate matters. He brings an enthusiasm for making the law accessible to students, putting what they are learning into the context of daily working life whenever possible.
