Andrew is Chief Executive of Havebury Housing Partnership, based in Bury St Edmunds. The Partnership owns and manages over 6,500 homes across Suffolk and Norfolk with a range of tenures from rental to supported properties. He is also a Director of its commercial subsidiary, Havebury Homes Limited, which develops housing for outright sale.

Andrew began his career as an Architect having studied at the Glasgow School of Art and Glasgow University. Newly qualified, he moved to live and work in London delivering both commercial and residential projects. Having worked as a consultant to a Housing Association, he made the career move from designing to developing, and joined Circle 33, a large London based housing association.

After ten years at Circle, he left his role as Director of Property Services to move to Oxford as Operations Director for Oxford Citizens Housing Association, which later became the Green Square Group. In 2006 he completed his Masters in Business Administration at Oxford Brookes University.

In 2014 Andrew was appointed Operations Director for the Group. During this time, he held a Directorship of Oakus Estates Ltd, a commercial subsidiary of Green Square providing a range of commercial activities from house building to public open space management. Andrew has also been a Trustee of the Henley YMCA a project supporting younger people in Oxfordshire into low cost accommodation and work.
