Office for Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct (OSACC)

The Office for Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct (OSACC) is based in Registry Services within the Directorate of Student Life and Registry Services.

OSACC provide procedural advice and guidance to students and staff on the University's policies and procedures on matters concerning student appeals, complaints and conduct and are responsible for managing casework related to the following:

Confidential and independent advice and guidance on these policies and procedures is available from the Students' Union Advice Service. Information about the services they provide, how to contact them and how to make an appointment with an advisor can be found on their website.

Advice and guidance is also available from Student Life, who can be contacted via the Student Centre on 01473 338833.

Learning Services based in the Library Building at the Ipswich campus can provide advice and guidance on academic skills. Information about the support available from academic skills advisors, referencing guides and workshops is provided on their Academic Skills pages.

OSACC are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4.45pm on Friday.
