Katherine Pickard

Katie has the honour of serving as the current President of Activities and Well-being at the Students' Union this academic year.

When it comes to planning fun activities, she's organised an array of exciting events, from bar crawls and pub quizzes to unforgettable parties and delicious meals. If you catch her at karaoke night, you can bet that she'll be belting out any song from Mamma Mia.

She has lived in Ipswich her entire life, and started studying at the university in 2020. After graduating from her course in Early Years Primary Education, she took on the role of President of Activities and Well-being at the Students' Union. Katie is incredibly enthusiastic about making students time here at the student union truly special, and she looks forward to creating many more memorable moments together!
