Connect. Collaborate. Create Impact.
Join senior HR professionals, people leaders and learning and development specialists for the launch of the HR Impact Network, a new forum created in collaboration with the University of Suffolk to connect HR leaders across the region.
As organisations navigate technological change, evolving workforce expectations and increasing pressure to demonstrate the impact of people initiatives, the need for collaboration and shared learning has never been greater. The HR Impact Network provides a trusted environment for professionals to discuss challenges, exchange ideas and gain practical insights from peers and industry experts.
The morning will feature presentations from Cathie Donaldson, Founder of Leadership Impact and Chair of the HR Impact Network, exploring how organisations can move beyond traditional leadership development to create measurable business impact. Dr Keith Hotchkiss, Lead Lecturer at the University of Suffolk, will present The Great Workplace Lie: Why Most Employee Engagement Strategies Fail, a thought-provoking session challenging conventional approaches to engagement and organisational performance.
Alongside expert insights, attendees will have the opportunity to network with HR professionals from a range of sectors, share best practice over breakfast and help shape the future direction of the network.
Ideal for: HR Directors, Heads of People, HR Managers, Learning and Development professionals, Organisational Development specialists, Talent Partners and business leaders responsible for people strategy.
