Step Up for Suffolk Mind – Firewalk Challenge

Are you ready to face the heat and take on an unforgettable challenge?

The Suffolk Mind Firewalk is coming, and thanks to the generous support of Churchill Services and the University of Suffolk, there is NO registration fee for University of Suffolk students, staff, and Churchill Services staff!

All we ask is that you consider fundraising to support Suffolk Mind’s vital work in improving mental health across our community.

Here’s how your fundraising can make a difference:

• £25 – could fund one hour of our vital Helpline service (0300). This line is a lifeline for people in need.
• £58 – could covers the cost of a fully funded counselling session for someone in urgent need. The very first session for someone in crisis could literally save a life.
• £400 – could enables the delivery a ‘Life Hacks for Young Minds’ assembly to a group of students.

Whether you raise £10 or £100, every penny helps Suffolk Mind continue their incredible work.
