Star is a Lecturer in Health Apprenticeships. She qualified as a General Nurse in September 2000. She is registered with the NMC as an adult nurse. She is a qualified midwife who holds a Post Graduate certificate in Paediatric nutrition from Boston University. Star comes to the University of Suffolk bringing expertise in education from teaching general nursing and midwifery in Zimbabwe since 2007.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Sciences from the Zimbabwe Open University and a Master of Science Degree in Midwifery Education from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe.

 

Has 13 years of experience in teaching General Nursing and 4 years of teaching Midwifery.

Interested in phenomenology studies on education and health promotion.

Holds a certificate in Maternal and Child Health Promotion in 2012 through the Japan International Cooperation Agency  (JICA)

Registered with NMC as an Adult Nurse
