Sophia joined the team in 2026 as an Employability & Enterprise Officer, supporting students to develop the skills, confidence and connections they need for life after university.

As a BSc Psychology graduate from the University of Essex, Sophia understands the challenges students can face and is enthusiastic about providing approachable, practical support throughout their journey.

With a background in the travel industry working in product development and supplier relations, she helps the team to support students to build their experience and achieve their career goals.
