Sivachidambaram Somasundaram (Shiva) is someone who enjoys understanding how things work and perhaps more importantly, how they could work better. He is the type of person who sees a process, an idea or a challenge and instinctively starts asking questions, often beginning with, "Is there a better way?" Curiosity is what drives him. He enjoys exploring new ideas, challenging assumptions and finding practical ways to simplify complex problems. Professionally, he works in digital transformation and data, but his interest in learning extends far beyond his day-to-day role. Whether exploring new technologies, improving processes or simply looking at something from a different perspective, he believes the best solutions often begin by listening, staying open-minded and asking thoughtful questions.

Outside of work, Shiva enjoys travelling, keeping active and learning something new whenever the opportunity arises. For him, travel and fitness are more than hobbies, they're ways to recharge, gain fresh perspectives and continually challenge himself. Whether experiencing a different culture, experimenting with a new technology or working towards a personal fitness goal, he approaches life with the same mindset: stay curious, keep growing and never stop asking "what if?" After all, every meaningful improvement starts with someone asking a simple question.
