Sharon works as part of the Student Records Team within Registry Services, with responsibility for managing a team of Student Information Officers, Administrators and Web Developers. She is responsible for overseeing the development of systems to support the student lifecycle and works with other professional services teams across the institution to develop efficient processes.

Sharon joined the University of Suffolk in 2013 as a Course Administrator and began working in the Student Records team in 2017. She is an accredited member of the Association of Higher Education Professionals and is currently studying for her Postgraduate Certificate in Administration, Management and Leadership in Higher Education. Her interests include cross-stitch, baking and Lego.
