Sean Hickey

Sean Hickey is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Board Trustee with over three decades of
leadership experience across healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, education, utilities, and retail. He focuses on assisting organisations from a strategic and governance standpoint, applying innovation, digital systems, and AI technologies to improve outcomes, strengthen governance, and deliver lasting social and business value.

In his non-executive and board roles, Seán brings proven expertise in organisational turnaround,
corporate risk management, and regulatory compliance. He serves as a Board Trustee at Re-Engage,
and previously, he served as a Non-Executive Director on the competency-based Board of the Central
Remedial Clinic in Ireland.
