Lewis joined the University of Suffolk as an Admissions Advisor in September 2026, having previously worked in the UK and Germany within the heritage, public health and voluntary sectors. Working as part of the Partnerships team, his role involves screening applications, making offers and responding to general Admissions enquiries. Throughout his career, Lewis has sought to streamline and simplify processes for colleagues and service users alike, and hopes to bring this approach to the University to enable a smoother, more positive introduction to university life for incoming students.
Lewis holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Hertfordshire and an MA in Medieval History from the University of East Anglia. He continues to pursue these areas of study independently, researching and writing about the economic and social development of both Ipswich and the wider Suffolk area.
