Kathy Wilton

Kathy joined the University in September 2026 as Professional Assistant to Paula Kersten, Executive Dean and Wendy Lecluyse Associate Dean of the School of Health, Sciences & Society.
Before joining the University, Kathy worked for the SNEE Integrated Care Board for over 7 years as a Business Manager for the Finance, Contracts and Performance Improvement Directorates. Prior to that she worked for many years in International Healthcare Recruitment, specialising in AHP’s working closely with Acute Trusts, overseas universities and professional bodies to recruit mainly Radiographers from Hong Kong, India and the Philippines. Initially qualifying as a Teacher of PE & Drama and then working for over 20 years in Sports Management, Kathy graduated from University Campus Suffolk in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) in Health & Wellbeing.
Most of her time away from work is spent sailing, walking her dogs and playing as much Pickleball as time allows.
