Jo Campbell

Jo has worked for the University since its inception and has significant HR experience in Education and other sectors.

Jo is the Deputy Director of People & OD responsible for the People and OD functions within the Directorate.  She is Co-Chair of the Policies and Procedures Board (PPB), and is a member of Equality, Diversity an Inclusion Committee and the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC).

Jo works closely with the Chief People Officer to support complex HR matters and is a significant point of knowledge for the team across a range of system and process matters.

Jo is CIPD qualified and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law.
