Ivan joined the University of Suffolk in 2025 as an Events Officer within the Apprenticeships team and now works as Employability and Enterprise Officer within the Careers, Employability and Enterprise team to support students explore career pathways and opportunities.

After graduating from BIMM Manchester in 2017 with a BA (Hons) in Event Management, Ivan built experience across music, conference and sporting events, including roles at live music venues in Manchester and at Ipswich Town Football Club.

Since moving into employability, he has been passionate about helping individuals overcome barriers, build confidence and explore career opportunities.
