Heather Offord

Heather joined the University of Suffolk in March 2026 as an Admissions Advisor, where her role is to screen applications, make offers and respond to general Admissions enquiries. She is also part of the Partnerships team.

After studying English and Film at the University of Leeds, she has enjoyed a range of jobs in customer services, freelance writing, and healthcare. Though she misses being used as the Radiology department's guinea pig for MRI scans - more importantly, the paid naps - she looks forward to a new career in Admissions, where her experience in education and customer services will serve as a confident representative for the university.

She spends her free time writing, reading, ballroom dancing, and petting every dog in sight.
