Gabriella completed her BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science at Anglia Ruskin University, graduating with First-Class Honours. She began her career with the East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST), where she gained experience managing a wide range of emergency and urgent care presentations before broadening her clinical practice across primary care and urgent care services.

Following her frontline ambulance role, Gabriella worked as a Paramedic Practitioner in primary care, specialising in the assessment and management of minor illness and injury in both adults and children, before joining NHS 111 as a Clinical Advisor undertaking advanced telephone triage and clinical assessment. Throughout her clinical career, she has supported the development of colleagues through mentoring and coaching.

In May 2026, Gabriella joined the University of Suffolk as a Lecturer in Paramedic Science, where she now contributes to the delivery of the BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science programme. Alongside her academic role, Gabriella continues to work clinically as a Bank Paramedic with EEAST.

Gabriella will be undertaking her PGCAP from September, further developing her academic practice and teaching expertise.
