Emma Gwinnutt

Emma has worked in several departments at the University of Suffolk prior to joining the People & OD department in 2021.

Emma is People Operations Partner, operationally supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. Emma provides first line advice and administrative support to the processes which fall within this range, including advertising/recruitment, onboarding, pensions, payroll, family-friendly processes, changes to personal details and terms and conditions, pay reviews, leavers, and references.

Emma is a graduate of the University of Exeter and has worked in investment banking in London and Hong Kong, before joining the University of Suffolk in 2007.

Emma is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
