Donna joined the University in 2022.
Donna is Business Partner – People & Operations and is responsible for advising on and supporting the employee lifecycle – working with senior managers to ensure employment compliance and good outcomes in all HR / People matters.
Donna works with School and Directorate management teams to support casework, recruitment, organisational change and a range of family-friendly processes and within the People team supports the operational oversight of the Operations team.
Donna is MCIPD qualified with significant HR experience within the Education Sector.
