International Scholarships

The University of Suffolk Vice-Chancellor's International Excellence Scholarship is a new and exciting scheme to reward exceptional international applicants who have a strong track record of academic achievement and show a committment to having a transformative impact both during their studies and after graduation.

We will be awarding fifty (50) Vice-Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarships of £4,000 value each in the 2024/5 academic year.

Important information

  • Undergraduate students will be awarded the Vice-Chancellor's International Excellence Scholarship in each year of study (excluding sandwich/placement/study abroad years - see terms and conditions below)
  • This is not an automatic scholarship - eligible students will be invited to submit a scholarship application once an offer of admission has been made
  • Scholarships are awarded as fee discounts

Vice-Chancellor's International Excellence Scholarship 2024-25 - T&Cs

The University of Suffolk International Suffolk Executive MBA (SEMBA) Scholarship (2024/5) is a scheme to reward international applicants with a strong academic background and extensive leadership experience. All SEMBA applicants will be subject to an online interview with the Admissions Tutor and Course Leader to discuss your suitability for the programme. 

The International Suffolk Executive MBA (SEMBA) Scholarship (2024/5) scheme offers awards at the value of £4,000.

The University of Suffolk International Merit Scholarship (2024/5) is a scheme designed to reward international students who meet or exceed our published entry requirements (based on the country where you have previously studied). The scheme is open to applicants of undergraduate and postgraduate-taught programmes delivered by the University of Suffolk at the Ipswich campus. 

The awards are as follows:

  • £1,000 for applicants that meet our published entry requirements
  • £2,000 for applicants that exceed our published entry requirements
