Staff and Student Car Parks
Staff and student permit holders will need to pay for parking between Monday-Friday, from 1 September to 20 June. Outside of these dates, permit holders do not need to pay. The cost is £2.00 per day. During the weekends staff and students can park at the University car park, at no cost, as long as an active parking permit is displayed. Staff and student parking permits can be applied for by logging on to the intranet, BrightSpace.
Car parks are run by Ipserve. Features include:
- 24-hour contact centre
- Card payment
- Coin payment
- RingGo – Online app payment
University of Suffolk car park permit holders only. This car park closes at 23:59 and will be locked until 06:00 the following working day. Vehicles cannot be released once the car park is closed. Vehicles left overnight may incur a parking charge notice.

The opening hours at Athena Hall Car Park are 06:00 – 23:59, Monday to Sunday.
