Maxine joined the University’s Business Engagement Careers and Employability team in 2022 as the Project Administrator supporting the In-Career Education and Training Project (ICET). She is responsible for the administrative processes and financial monitoring of a specified ESF project.
Maxine’s experience of over 18 years has been working on Major Projects for Transport for London and London Underground. Her expertise is supporting the administration of Major Projects which has included the multi-million investment of the Jubilee Line extension project from inception through to completion.
More recently Maxine worked with Southend-based arts organisation Metal supporting their cultural strategy programme (ASELA), which is a partnership of seven councils working together to promote prosperity and wellbeing across South Essex which included supporting the creative community.
