Jane Kessler

Jane joined the University in July 2006, supporting the establishment of its HR function prior to its formal inception in August 2007 and the TUPE transfer in of the majority of its staff from Suffolk (New) College.

Jane is responsible for providing leadership within the Resourcing, Talent & Organisational Development function; ensuring that the team delivers a staff recruitment and OD function that supports organisational strategy.

She has experience of working in both the public and private sector, and prior to her current role provided a Business Partner service to Schools and Directorates across the University.

She is MCIPD qualified.
