Emma has specialised in andragogy. Emma has over seven years experience in teaching adult ESOL learners with different educational needs from different ethnic backgrounds. Emma has volunteered and worked with different ethnic minority organisations who deal with women running away from abuse for over 10 years. One of such organisations is PHOEBE in Ipswich. Emma has strong backgrounds in Broadcast Media and Communication, Public Relations and Human Resource Management. Emma has post graduate degrees in Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE, Further Education). Emma also has Masters degrees in Management of Strategic Human Resources and Journalism Studies respectively, as well as a certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance.
