Research Associate in Leadership and Management Studies. Laura has just successfully completed her PhD in Management Studies at The Open University.
Laura continues her interest in researching precarious events with her PhD concentrating on impacts of Brexit within the UK on migrant works and is looking to develop her skills and take steps towards her Level 1 HE teaching qualifications. Her areas of research include leadership and management studies, well-being and the impacts on identity and belonging, feminism and issues of dialectics, wicked problems, and nomadism.
