Associate Professor, PGR Supervisor. Diane is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and personal member of the University Forum for Human Resource Development, having represented the forum at institutional level and holding forum roles alongside holding Director level university posts within the Positive Ageing and Silver Economy research. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Member of the British Psychological Society, she has presented research papers to both society’s conferences and been invited to speak. Her publications incorporate the nature and future of work spanning the challenges for people management and leadership alongside interests in innovative research approaches and the changing nature of 21st century employment. She has organised, led and presented at international and national conference, papers on innovations in organisational research methods and challenges facing labour as well as authoring book chapters, acting as a reviewer and editor.
