Caroline joined the University of Suffolk as the Head of Marketing and Communications in April 2020. Prior to this she spent a considerable amount of time working in and around the charity sector.
Having started her career in marketing and business engagement Caroline has developed a passion for people-centred marketing; striving for strong, audience-led marketing and communications campaigns.
Before joining the University of Suffolk Caroline led the marketing team at the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), the largest sight loss charity in the UK, and is proud of her work on awareness raising and perception-shifting campaigns in the disability sector.
As Head of Marketing and Communications within the Directorate of External Relations her role will include leading on and implementing a range of marketing and communication opportunities and strategies for the University including; digital marketing, campaign management, brand management, publications and print material, internal and external communications and university corporate and recruitment events, and conferences.
