Working closely with the EAST school, Beth is responsible for prospecting new clients, growing existing partnerships and driving income generation from increased business engagement activities.

Beth’s career has spanned the Creative Industries and Higher Education. With a long career in the broadcasting industry, she has worked as a producer both in the UK and US  working on entertainment and factual programming for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky and NBC amongst others.

Six years ago, she moved across into Higher Education where she has been involved in knowledge exchange and innovation, working at the interface between academia and industry. She has worked at Norwich University of the Arts, where she helped set up The Ideas Factory Innovation Centre  and most recently at the University of East Anglia where she has worked as Knowledge Exchange Fellow on a funding initiative called EIRA, (Enabling Innovation Research to Application) as the Digital Creative and AI lead for UEA.
