Anna has worked with Apprentices for 4 years, both as an Employer and in Higher Education. After completing her own successful Apprenticeship, Anna found a passion for supporting Apprentices to reach their full potential, applying many years of experience as a trainer to her role in developing talent.
After moving from Colchester Institute Anna focussed on driving and leading communications between Apprentices, employers, and the University to ensure an exceptional experience through an Apprentice’s journey.
Anna is responsible for coaching and guiding Apprentices to a successful outcome within the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. Providing tailored support to Apprentices and employers, identifying any potential barriers, and working to overcome these.
