Andrea is a classically trained musician with the Royal Schools of Music syllabus in piano, flute and theory. Her career in music began at the age of thirteen performing as part of the orchestra (first flute) and in pop/rock bands as a singer songwriter. She began teaching music at nineteen whilst studying Performing Arts and Music. She signed to a small independent record label in London. After graduating with a first class (Hons) in Music Production Andrea has continued her research into commercial music, composition, film/game scoring, sound design and live sound recording. Regularly liaising with the Performing Rights Society, Audio Network, the Music Producers Guild, BASCA, the Featured Artists Coalition and serving on the J.A.M.E.S Education Panel at the MPX show keeps the course in touch with the latest developments in the industry.

Andrea works closely with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and initiated the live sound recording project currently available to University of Suffolk students.
