Aimee Hayes staff profile photo

Aimee graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2012 with a BA (Hons) in Criminology. 

She has a background working in Suffolk in local high schools, sixth forms and FE colleges, supporting NEET young people and working with both adult and youth offenders in Probation and Reparation. Aimee has co-ordinated various large-scale events and conferences for the university including residential summer camps and Liberate and Educate: Inspirational women conference. 

She is currently building the 'Ignite Your Spark' transition support programme for students who may face additional barriers entering University. 

She is passionate about EDI and an active member of the University of Suffolk's anti-racism collective and the Suffolk DEI network and Vice Chair of the governing board and a local high school. 

Aimee enjoys going on dog walks with her furry companion and paddle boarding. She is a keen traveller and enjoys experiencing new cultures.
