Free events as part of the West Suffolk Business Festival

1 Oct 2021 10:30AM

The University is pleased to announce it will once again be supporting the West Suffolk Business Festival when it returns this month.

This is the Festival’s 11th year and there is a packed programme of virtual and face-to-face events taking place between the 4-15 October.

The Festival is a joint partnership between all the region’s business support organisations and the free events focus on the future and achieving business growth post COVID-19.

The University of Suffolk is showcasing two key events during the festival:

Eat to enhance your productivity

This popular taster session with Dr Emmanouil Georgiadis, Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Suffolk, looks at the contribution the right type of snacks can make to daily productivity. Put your mid-morning coffee and biscuits to one side until this session to discover the potential benefits of snacking!
