Required 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) over 40 weeks per year (term time)
At the University of Suffolk, we are committed to the continual enhancement of the student experience. The role of Student Experience and Engagement Office is a brand new role, one which will work as part of the University’s Centre for Excellence for Learning and Teaching.
The role holder will will play a central role in supporting course teams and professional services staff in understanding barriers to learning and engagement from the student perspective, and in finding timely and effective solutions. Using data and narrative gathered through the learner analytics platform and a range of student voice fora, the role holder will gather an analyse feedback to support the University’s ongoing commitment to enhancing student experience.
This post will work across 40 weeks in the academic year, contribute to initiative falling under the University plan for Access and Participation, and contribute to the Student Experience Group.
