NB these posts are only open to students of University of Suffolk who graduated in year 2019-20
Required 0.8 FTE (equivalent to 4 days per week), 30 weeks term time only, for one year fixed term.
At the University of Suffolk, we are committed to the continual enhancement of the student experience. We are really excited to be able to advertise seven, new fixed term roles which are open for students of the University of Suffolk who graduated from their degree programmes in the academic year 2019-2020. These posts will work in close partnership with our students, teaching and support staff and of course our Students’ Union.
The focus of your work will be in providing a first point of contact to students for a broad range of issues, with a focus on collaboratively finding solutions. This will include organising and holding student feedback events, collation of feedback received through a variety of sources, including the National Students Survey, our Online Feedback Tool SOFIA and through your own ‘surgeries’, as well as signposting to further support as needed.
We are looking for 7 individuals who are enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to think creatively and can communicate clearly and concisely. The posts will run across the duration of academic year 2020-2021. Full support and training will be provided.
For an informal conversation about the roles please contact Ellen Buck, Director of Learning and Teaching email@example.com
