Suffolk Business School is looking to recruit a Course Leader for our MSc in Strategic People Management. Based in the Suffolk Business School, you will be Course Leader for the existing CIPD -accredited PG Dip in HRM taking it through revalidation to become an MsC in Strategic People Management. The successful candidate must demonstrate appreciation of the demands associated with Course Leadership, show experience in the delivery and development of undergraduate and postgraduate modules associated with Human Resource Management (HRM) and be a chartered member of the CIPD.

Our curriculum must exemplify this collegiate approach to real world, practitioner led teaching. Our academics will need to demonstrate how they will put students and businesses at the heart of their teaching and focus on adding real social and economic value. To do that, we expect every module and course to be :
- Co-Designed – every module and programme we develop and deliver has direct input from employers across a range of industries.
- Co-delivered –for business leaders and other professionals to deliver at least one component in every part of a module or course.
- Co-accredited – carrying professional accreditation or valuable exemptions from key parts of that accreditation.
