The newly re-structured People and Organisational Development team is looking to appoint an experienced and qualified HR Professional to lead an effective and efficient advisory function. Managing and working with the Business Partners to deliver a customer focussed, commercially minded service to the university.
You will have experience of managing a team and have recent experience in dealing with complex HR advisory work. You will possess strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, being able to inform, influence and coach decision makers on people issues. As such, you will understand and be comfortable balancing risk with business need.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing team which is evolving new ways of working to deliver a high-quality service to the University of Suffolk.
